By accessing and using Make Coloring, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Use License

Free users are granted a limited license to:

  • Generate coloring pages for personal, non-commercial use
  • Download and print generated coloring pages
  • Share generated coloring pages in non-commercial contexts

Premium users are granted additional rights to:

  • Use generated coloring pages for commercial purposes
  • Sell or distribute generated coloring pages
  • Include generated coloring pages in commercial products

3. Credits System

Our credits system operates as follows:

  • Each generation costs 3 credits
  • New users receive 10 free credits
  • Credits are deducted only on successful generation
  • Premium users receive additional credits with their subscription

4. User Content

When uploading photos or submitting text prompts, you:

  • Retain ownership of your original content
  • Grant us license to process and transform your content
  • Agree not to upload inappropriate or illegal content
  • Are responsible for ensuring you have rights to use uploaded content

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or credit restrictions
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the service's source code
  • Use automated systems to access or interact with the service

6. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Make Coloring be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our service. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Credits purchased are generally non-refundable once used to generate coloring pages
  • Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Subscription fees may be refunded within 7 days of initial purchase if no credits have been used
  • Technical issues preventing service use may qualify for refunds or credit restoration
  • Refund requests must be submitted through our support system with order details
  • Processing time for approved refunds is typically 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

Note: Please note that refunds are processed according to the policies of your payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, or Creem). Some payment methods may have additional processing requirements or fees.
